Education is the most powerful weapon available in the fight against inequality.
 
It is the engine that drives human development and the promotion of human rights. It also creates hope and opportunity for those who live in inequality. Education makes many important gains possible, gains that can immeasurably improve the quality of life for the world's most underprivileged.
 
Education and the human development it stimulates build human capacities. They leave people free to choose who they want to be and what contribution they want to make.
 
With education, people can do what they value, and choose the future they want for themselves and their families.
 
At AEA, we view education as the key of the keys, the primary lever of human development, for individuals as well as for entire societies. This is why education is our main and sole mission.
