"During the time I lived in France, I was most impressed by the involvement of volunteers working within the education system. Here, everything is managed by the central government. Krousar Thmey is one of the partners of Aide et Action in Cambodia. This organisation focuses on education, professional training, and integration of handicapped children into society.
