We urge our partners to establish a partnership convention to clarify the responsibilities of each party. We can provide you with contract form samples that we will adapt to your needs.
Your donation will support the development of our educational activities in the field. If you wish, we can inform you on the progress of a specific project. The project you support will be presented to you via a comprehensive file, and reported once or more depending on the duration and extent of the project. Each reporting includes an activity report, financial report and a photo.
Rigorous accounting and financial transparency are two rules that have always guided our activities. Our accounts are audited each year by Ernst and Young. Aide et Action received twice the Crystal Award for Financial Transparency, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Statutory Auditors.
We will provide you with our expertise and our resources to help you unite your employees and your stakeholders around a common project. For example, we can offer to make presentations, to hold a stand at your events and to develop communication tools and mobilisation kits. An Aide et Action employee can also train your staff on the challenges to sustainable development and education.
To best meet your communication needs, you can rely on the communication structures of Aide et Action in the various countries where we work. Depending on the opportunities and requirements of communication, elements such as video, field visits or oral presentations can enhance future reporting.
In each country where Aide et Action is present, a local communication officer can liaise with you about visiting a project. We are glad to arrange project visits for authorised persons from your company.
