The Congress

The Congress is the sovereign body of the entire organisation. It plays the role of an International General Assembly and therefore defines the association’s global orientations.

Composed of the presidents of regional associations and thematic representatives who uphold our major thematics of intervention, the Congress therefore takes into account both the specificity of each local and regional context and the international issues related to our mission.

Consisting of about 25 members, the Congress meets every two years; it held its first meeting in October 2011.
